Our excellent pedigree in the teaching, coaching and development of young people means we know where to look for the best staff. We have a vast and constantly growing network of coaches experienced at working with young people. Many of our coaches are teachers by profession. Many ex-pro footballers with playing experience in countries like U.S.A., Australia, Malta, Norway, New Zealand, South Africa and throughout Europe. All are qualified at either English Football Association Full License Award or Preliminary Coaching Award Level, or the equivalent U.E.F.A. license.
